Club members enjoyed the penultimate winter close season ‘Steely Breakfast’ on Tuesday.
Organised by club president John Steel, the breakfasts have provided players with a valuable opportunity to meet up with friends over the winter months.
Sixteen members enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, once again provided by The Bell Inn at Lower Broadheath – providing a cheery respite from long spell of dreary wet weather.
There was much excited discussion about the forthcoming club coaching seminar on February 24th (there’s still time to reserve your place on the seminar by emailing John Guy) and the rapidly approaching 2026 croquet season, as well as discourse on collapsing bridges and sewage!
The final winter event will be held on March 10th. Keep a close watch on your email inbox for details.
